CHILDREN POLICY:

• Children from 1 – 4 years old and under 1 meter high: FOC ( sharing same bed with parent, parent takes care all expense if any)
• Children from 5 – 9 years old and high 1- 1.4 meter: 50% adult rate ( no extra bed)
• Children from 5 – 9 years old and high above 1.4 meter: 75% adult rate ( no extra bed)
• Children from 7 – 9 years old and high above 1.4 meter: 85% adult rate (with extra bed)
• Children from 10 years old: the same rate as adult with extra bed

NOTE:

• Validity of the passport should be a minimum of 6 months from the intended date of return

VALIDITY: Rates are valid till 31^th Dec,  2025. Rooms and other services are not held or blocked till clients confirm.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERM:

• 1st payment: 50% on total group booking upon confirmation
• 2nd payment: the remain balance 50% will be paid 10 days before the arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Flights and VISA fee is non-refundable
• Cancellation made within:

• 7 days prior to departure date: 100% of reservation cost (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)
• 8-14 days prior to departure date: 50% of reservation cost (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)
• 15-29 days prior to departure date: 25% of reservation cost (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)
• 30 or more days prior to departure date: 10% of reservation (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)

OTHER TERM & CONDITIONS

• Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & we will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance. Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
• The passengers must ensure on their own that they have a valid passport and other required documents for the necessary period as per the traveling destination immigration rules.
• The passengers should also arrange for visas before traveling with this holiday package if applicable.
• We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of a passport or visa issue at any point. The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions

ITINERARY

• Day 1: Phu Quoc Arrival – Free Leisure (No meal)

• Airport pick by our representative through private car
• Our driver will take you to hotel for baggage storage
• Hotel Check – in at 14:00 PM
• Free Leisure at night

• Day 2: Phu Quoc – Join a Group Day Tour of 2 Island by Boat – Hon Thom Cable Car (Breakfast Lunch)

• Have breakfast at hotel

• 7:45-8:00: Our driver will pick you up at the hotel and start the tour
• Visit Long Beach Center - the largest entertainment center in Phu Quoc.
• Arrive at the harbor, get on a speed boat, and start exploring the island.
• May Rut / Mong Tay Island: Enjoy the beach, swim, shoot flycam, take photos.
• Gam Ghi / Dua / Roi Island: Enjoy 100% natural coral ecosystems. Water level 1-3m

• 12:00: Arrive at Thom Island by boat, experience:
• Have a buffet lunch in Mango restaurant
• Entertain at Aquatopia Water Park – top of Asia's Water Parks
• Enjoy the Theme Park - the Eagle Eye observatory, the roller coaster Moc Xa Thinh No
• Check-in on the beach

• 16:30: Panoramic view of An Thoi archipelago with the world's longest 3-wire cable car across the sea

• 17:30: Our driver will take you back to hotel
• Overnight in Phu Quoc City

• Day 3: Phu Quoc – Vin safari and Grand world – no guide (Breakfast)

• Have breakfast at hotel
• Continue to Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc offers an exploration of a wild animal garden that adheres to the first Southeast Asian Safari standards. • 15:00PM, move to a private afternoon tour to Grand World, a vibrant entertainment complex known as the "Sleepless City."

• 20:00: Our driver will take you back to hotel for relax

• Day 4: Phu Quoc – Private transfer to Vinwonder without guide (Breakfast)

• Have breakfast at hotel
• 11:00 AM: Our driver will take you at hotel and depart for VinWonder, a theme park featuring a range of entertainment and cultural attractions.
• Explore the Theme Park: Start your day by exploring the largest theme park in Vietnam. You will experience the 12 human civilizations from ancient times to the present in different zones. Enjoy over 100 supercool entertainment activities in the various zones. Make sure to visit the Southeast Asia's largest water park and try some thrilling games.

• Next, head to Amazon Volcano and take on the breathtaking challenge of crossing the forest and exploring the erupting volcano aboard a massive raft. Finish this adventure by visiting The Dragon's Spell and transforming into a heroic knight to battle an evil dragon in an interactive dark indoor game.
• Explore the Sea Shell: Discover the fascinating lives of sea creatures in the Sea Shell. Begin with the unique turtle-shaped aquarium, a symbol of VinWonders Phu Quoc. Be amazed at the magical beauty of the ocean as you explore the five worlds: Wandering Sea, Ocean Treasure, Ice Palace, Giant Kingdom, and Shark Realm.
