VALIDITY: Rates are valid till 30^th May, 2026. Rooms and other services are not held or blocked till clients confirm.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERM:

• 1st payment: 50% on total group booking upon confirmation
• 2nd payment: the remain balance 50% will be paid 10 days before the arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Flights and VISA fee is non-refundable
• Cancellation made within:

• 7 days prior to departure date: 100% of reservation cost (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)
• 8-14 days prior to departure date: 50% of reservation cost (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)
• 15-29 days prior to departure date: 25% of reservation cost (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)
• 30 or more days prior to departure date: 10% of reservation (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)

OTHER TERM & CONDITIONS

• Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & we will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance. Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
• The passengers must ensure on their own that they have a valid passport and other required documents for the necessary period as per the traveling destination immigration rules.
• The passengers should also arrange for visas before traveling with this holiday package if applicable.
• We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of a passport or visa issue at any point. The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions

ITINERARY

• Day 1: Ha Noi Arrival – NO Early Check-in – Join Group Ha Noi Afternoon City Tour (Local Lunch)

• Arrive in Ha Noi, our driver will take you to hotel for baggage storage (Check-in time: 14:00 PM)
• 12:30-12:45: Our driver will take you to have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine. Vegeterian foods are available.
• 13:30: Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish Island in West Lake. It is the oldest pagoda in Hanoi built in the 6th century.

• 14:30: Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, The Temple of Literature (Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam) is one of the most attractive tourist spots in Northern Vietnam. The Temple of Literature was founded in 1070.

• 15:30: Keep going to visit Hoa Lo Prison, the prison was built by the French, from 1886 to 1901, when Vietnam was still a part of French Indochina. The French called the prison Maison Centrale. The prison was called “A Hell on Earth” and now the prison is like a war museum for those who want to understand more about the war against France of Vietnamese people.
• 16:30: Our bus will take you back to the hotel for check-in.
• Free leisure and overnight in Ha Noi

• Day 2: Ha Noi – Ha Long Bay with 01 Night in Cruise (Breakfast Local Lunch Local Dinner)

• Have breakfast at hotel and do hotel check-out
• 08:00: Pick up from Hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or Opera Theatre House and departing for Halong
• 11:30 – 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau harbor, check in at the waiting room.
• 12:00 – 12:30: Get on Tender Boat to Verdure Lotus Cruise and enjoy Welcome drink, meet the captain, crew to get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Complete check-in procedure.

• 13:00 – 13:15: Enjoy Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong – Lan Ha Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.
• 15:00–15:30: You can choose to relax on the sundesk or explore Ba Trai Dao – Tra Bau area and the natural lagoon of Lan Ha Bay and experience kayaking here.
• 17:30 –18:30: Come back to our Cruise and participate in our Happy Our & Cooking Class. Take photos and relax.
• 19:00: Dinner is served at the restaurant. After dinner, you can join the squid fishing program, relax on the sundesk…Overnight on boat.

• Day 3: Ha Long back to Ha Noi  – Free leisure (Breakfast Local Brunch)

• 6:00-6:30: Taichi on the sundeck, sightseeing sunrise
• 6:15 -7:00: Have breakfast. Morning view of bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.
• 7:00: Visitors Dark and Light Cave. Here you can freely kayak  or bamboo Boat to explore the landscape, or immerse yourself. in the cool, clear blue water of this place.

• 9:30: Back to your cabin, take relax and check carefully all the luggage before leaving your cabin.
• 10:00: Check-out from the private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay for room service. Complete check-out procedure. Enjoy lunch at the restaurant while the cruise is returning to the harbour.
• 11:00: You take the Tender boat back to Tuan Chau port.
• Arrival at Tuan Chau Marina. Our bus will take you back to Ha Noi City
• Arrive in Ha Noi City, our bus will take you to hotel for check-in
• Free leisure and overnight in Ha Noi City

• Day 4: Ha Noi – Join Group Day Tour to Ninh Binh (Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel – Trang An Boating) (Breakfast Local Lunch)

• Have breakfast at hotel
• 7:00 – 7:15 AM: Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel. We take you to Ninh Binh province which is far from Hanoi city about 120 km.
• 9:00: Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax
• 10:30: The first destination in this trip is visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. This is the first capital of Vietnam. Come to visit Hoa Lu, you will learn about why the capital was moved to Hanoi nowadays. You are impressed on an outstanding architecture when entering temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17 centuries. Try to feel ancient atmospheres in Hoa Lu ancient capital.

• 11:30: Continue the tour with 45 minutes for cycling around the village to discover the life of local people.
• 12:30: Have local lunch.
• 13:30 – 14:00: Visit Trang An which was recognized by UNESCO as the world Heritage Site in 2014. Trang An has the wonderful tunnel cave system so that Kong’s Movie Group chose this place for New Version of Kong in 2016 – “Skull Island “. Boat trip to visit Trang An to see the amazing beauty of this landscape with many caves such as: Sang Cave (Light Cave), Toi Cave (Dack cave), Nau Ruou Cave (Cooking Wine), green river and natural view.

• 16:30 – 17:00: Get on the Bus to return to Hanoi
• 19:30: Arrive to Hanoi and get drop off at the Hotel.
• Overnight in Ha Noi

• Day 5: Ha Noi Departure (Breakfast)

• After having breakfast and have free time for your leisure.
• Do hotel check-out before 12:00 PM
• Then our driver will pick you up at the hotel to transfer to the airport as your departure filght
