VALIDITY: Rates are valid till 30^th April 2026. Rooms and other services are not held or blocked till clients confirm.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERM:

• 1st payment: 50% on total group booking upon confirmation
• 2nd payment: the remaining balance 50% will be paid 10 days before the arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Flights and VISA fee is non-refundable
• Cancellation made within:

• 7 days prior to departure date: 100% of reservation cost (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)
• 8-14 days prior to departure date: 50% of reservation cost (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)
• 15-29 days prior to departure date: 25% of reservation cost (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)
• 30 or more days prior to departure date: 10% of reservation (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)

OTHER TERM & CONDITIONS

• Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & we will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance. Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
• The passengers must ensure on their own that they have a valid passport and other required documents for the necessary period as per the traveling destination immigration rules.
• The passengers should also arrange for visas before traveling with this holiday package if applicable.
• We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of a passport or visa issue at any point. The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions

ITINERARY

• Day 1: Da Nang Arrival – Free Leisure (Meal: No)

• Airport pick by our representative through private car
• Our driver will take you to the hotel for baggage storage (The hotel check-in is at 14:00 PM)
• Free Leisure and Overnight in Da Nang

• Day 2: Da Nang – Group Tour to Ba Na Hills with Golden Bridge (Breakfast Lunch)

• Have breakfast at hotel

• 07:30 - 08:30: Our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel, depart for Ba Na Hill through one of the most beautiful seaside streets of Central Vietnam.
• 09:00: Arrive in Ba Na, you will have a chance to experience the two – UNESCO - record cable system up to the top of the hill and enjoy the beautiful sight of Mo stream, Toc Tien waterfall with the impressive dazzling white spume.
• Sightseeing on Ba Na Hill to:

• Hand of the gods hold Vietnam’s Golden Bridge.
• L’Jardin Zone with French Architecture Building: Tinh Tâm Garden, French Stable, one hundred-year-old pomelo tree, Old Villas.
• Linh Ung Pagoda, 27 meters Buddha Statue, Loc Uyen Garden.

• 11:30: From Debay station, you will get on the second cable system to move to Nui Chua Peak – the rooftop of Da nang City. Enjoy buffet lunch.

• Continue the tour with Fantasy Park – one of the most modern indoor game centers of the Asia.
• Visit Chua Linh Tu Temple, enjoy a panoramic view of the whole Da Nang city and Da Nang Bay through the mist in a romantic afternoon on Ba Na peak.

• Go down by the cable system. Get on coach and return the city centre.
• 17:00 -17:30: Drop off at your hotel.
• Free leisure and overnight in Da Nang City

• Day 3: Da Nang – Group Afternoon Tour to Son Tra Peninsula – Marble Mountain - Hoi An Ancient Town (Breakfast Dinner)

• Have breakfast at the hotel and free leisure in the morning
• 14:30 - 14:45: Our driver and guide pick you up from your hotel, visit Linh Ung Pagoda - the most important pagoda in Da Nang for the Buddhist people to come and pray.

• On the way to Hoi An, we will visit Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountain) Marble Mountain is a complex consisting of Kim (Iron Mountain), Mộc (Wood Mountain), Thủy (Water Mountain), Hỏa (Fire Mountain), Thổ (Earth Mountain) symbolizing for 5 main elements of the universe in Asia Culture. You will discover the mysterious beauty of caves combining the sacred atmosphere of Buddhism. Visiting Tam Thai Pagoda, Linh Ung Pagoda.

• You will admire the masterpieces of exquisite stone sculptures created by the skilful hands of artisans in Non Nuoc village at the foot of the mountain.
• 18:00: Depart to Hoi An Ancient Town. You will have dinner with a lot of unique local dishes like Cao Lau, Hoanh Thanh, Banh Bao, Banh Vac …
• Visit Hoi An Acient Town, with: Japanese Bridge: This only remain of Japanses culture is now considered as a symbol of Hoi An. Taking a walk on the street along the Hoai River, enjoy the night life of Hoi An Town. Colorful lanterns are hung on in front of the houses, across the streets and paths all around the town, which is going to make you feel peaceful, serene and want to last this walk forever.
